60th Reunion - LHS Class of ’62 TIME TO SIGN UP Here are the plans: Friday, September 30, 2022 – Reception/Picnic (Buffet - Pulled pork, 2 side dishes) Open Bar 5:30 PM - Cocktails 6:00 PM - BBQ Dinner 6:30 to 10:00 PM - Socializing Location - - Cessna Textron Center, SUN ‘n FUN Expo Campus, 4175 Medulla Road, Lakeland, Florida 33811 Dress - Very casual clothes such as shorts with golf shirts or tee shirts. Saturday, October 1, 2022 - Dinner/Dance (Plated dinner - Chicken Milanese, garden salad, potatoes au gratin, fresh seasonal vegetable medley, French silk chocolate pie) 6:00 PM - Cocktails - Cash Bar 6:30 PM - Dinner 6:30 to 10:00 PM - DJ/Dancing Location – Lone Palm Golf Club, 800 Lone Palm Drive, Lakeland, Florida 33815 Dress – Business casual which for men includes slacks with a dress shirt and for women includes slacks or knee-length skirt with a collared shirt or blouse. Jeans, cut-off shorts, tank tops and flip-flops are not permitted. Note: Arrangements have been made with the Fairfield Inn & Suites Lakeland/Plant City, 4307 Sterling Commerce Drive, Plant City, FL 33566 (intersection of County Line Road and Interstate 4) for out-of-town classmates to stay for the reunion. Rates (without taxes) are $109 per night for a regular room and $129 per night for a King Suite.
