MCHS class of 1973 50th reunion will take place Saturday July 1, 2023 in Ottawa. There is a casual dinner being planned for Friday, June 30th, 2023. The restaurant is yet to be determined, but will be about a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel has a great rate for our group, The hotel is located just off the 417 highway and across from The St. Laurent Shopping Centre. The mall has a Shopper's Drug Mart, CIBC, TDCT and LCBO, just to name a few stores. It is also a transit hub with the O-Train and local busses that can take you the downtown and surrounding areas to enjoy Canada Day in the Nation's Capital. This will probably be our last reunion, so please seriously consider attending., This may be your last chance to meet up with childhood and high school friends. We will have a sit down dinner on July 1st, 2023 at the hotel, which has a business center, updated rooms, a restaurant and an indoor pool. I have had some conversations with some grads who say that they might not attend due to health issues. I tell everyone that we ALL have health issues at our age and that no one will judge them on anything other than who they are now and were in MCHS. There are a couple of surprises planned as well. It's going to be a great bash!!! There will be a dedicated website for the 50th reunion coming later this year. Ticket prices are not yet set. It depends on the number of people interested. I will add your email to our list and will BCC you with all updates, so no one but me will have access to it and will ONLY be used for 50th reunion communications.
