MARTIN VAN BUREN HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF ’73 FIFTY YEAR REUNION DATE: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2023, 7:00 P.M TO MIDNIGHT (RAIN OR SHINE - IT’S INSIDE) PLACE: THE METROPOLITAN (3 PRATT BOULEVARD, GLEN COVE, NY 11542; 516-671-4444) COST: $100 PER PERSON (BTW, a very good price considering inflation and that it’s only $25 more than the cost for the 40th Reunion) ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 11, 2023; $120 CASH AT THE DOOR) WHAT YOU'LL GET: Hors d’oeuvres; buffet dinner; soft drinks, beer and wine (cash bar for hard liquor); music; a reunion e-book; and lots of your long-lost buddies. PAYMENT AND FORMS: As we have limited space and we’ll have to make deposits at various intervals, please, as soon as possible: (1) mail your check or money order, or use Paypal, Venmo or Zelle in accordance with the instructions on Facebook in the Martin Van Buren Class of 1973 group; AND (2) send the Response Form and Release and Waiver, which are also on Facebook in the Martin Van Buren Class of 1973 group. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE EVENT UNLESS WE HAVE YOUR AND YOUR GUEST’S SIGNED RELEASE AND WAIVER. (We apologize for not posting the details here, but Classmates will not let us post addresses, email addresses, etc.) CANCELLATION: If you must cancel, refunds will be available if we receive your written request by OCTOBER 7, 2023. INCLUSION IN REUNION E-BOOK: In order to be included in the reunion e-book, we must have your information by October 7, 2023. If you don't plan to attend but want to be included in the Reunion Book and/or want a copy of the Reunion Book, send in the Response Form and place an “X” at the bottom of the Response Form where indicated.
