The goals of the Genesis speed camps are speed and conditioning training, health and nutrition awareness that will focus on speed development, sprint technique, speed mechanics, foot quickness and foot speed, quickness through agility work and polmeric, flexibility and dynamic stretching, explosion and leaping strength. The Genesis Health and Wellness Camp the goals are toning,strength conditioning training and health awareness.
