Dear RBHS 1972 Classmates, Well, here we are at the end of March in 2022 and just three weeks away from our fifty year reunion. The date- April 23, the time- 6:30 PM, the place- Chattanooga Golf and Country Club. We will have a cash bar available, but please know that the club will require “cash” for that service as they are not able to take payments by credit card. Also, please be aware that valet parking will be available for those who wish to use that service. As we shared in our last email, the plan is to have a relaxed time of fellowship, some light music from the seventies, good food, and a casual atmosphere with plenty of time to visit with others—to be able to share with one another how the past fifty years have brought both joys and sorrows, good times and tough times, all part of the nature of simply living life. As we approach this reunion, we can remember our class song, “You’ve got a friend”, and reflect on the blessing of those friendships that began so many decades ago. Dress is as you may choose, nothing fancy or formal. The country club is nice, but it still goes by the name “country”. We look forward to seeing you, whether you “dress up” or “dress down”. As of today, we have almost 60 class members who have registered to attend. With those, we have reservations for 30 guests, bringing the total to about 90 in attendance.
