******** WE DO HAVE TO CHANGE THE DATE of our get-together from Thurs, September 30th to another date.*************************** ***Tod Hughes is Honouring & Respecting the First Nations Community! ***Understandable & I think most of us would follow his example! TOD’S Msg to me: Out of respect for our First Nations folk we have made the deciding to honour the new TRD holiday, so will be closed on Thursday, Sept. 30. I just think Thursday, 23 September might be too rushed!!! Not for me but I’m totally open as not Working so don’t want you gals & guys to be penalized if you are wanting to come & can’t because of work or rules re Pandemic!! Let’s Go for the following Thursday as I think Liz is right we should keep it on Thursday! SO HOPEFULLY THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7 works! 🥂Cheers Ange ❤️nell DATE: Thursday, October 7th TIME: 7:00 pm until closing VENUE: Parks Alleys at 730 Osborne Street There will be a band with 2 fellow Alumni Tod Hughes & Chris Bret Liz Redston suggested Thursday (as that was Ladies night at Palomino Club in our Hay Days) this should be FUN! Plus she added we can celebrate our collective 60th birthdays🥳 Tod Hughes owns Park Alleys so we are supporting one of our own going there. There is bowling for those so inclined. Plus stage for band, bar, & outside patio which Olive was happy to know (truthfully me too!). Hopefully a lot of us can make it & if you want to tell some others who may not be on this social media feel free to make sure they know. Better to hear about it a couple times than not at all!
