A full weekend of events is planned starting: Friday September 10 - NOTE WE HAVE MOVED TO AN OUTDOOR/SHELTERED VENUE AS A SAFER ALTERNATIVE - Please join us at the Surf Shack at Tobay Beach, 1 Ocean Avenue, Massapequa 4-11PM. Take the JB Parkway and head east from the rotary to Tobay - free parking. Meet at the huge outdoor bar and get a table to eat when you're hungry. Our 40th reunion was held on the surf side of this parking lot but we will be on the bay side. There are umbrellas but should the weather get wet and wild, we will move across the parking lot to the Boathouse. Possibly ending up aftewards at the Lighthouse Diner Friday and/or Saturday nights! Saturday September 11 - Tour of the High School 10AM Saturday September 11 - Belmont Lake State Park Picnic Noon-3pm (follow the black and gold balloons and a detailed map is available on request if you provide an email address Saturday September 11 - Massapequa Elks Dinner and Dance with DJ playing songs from back in the day. Cash Bar 6-7 (BYO bar snacks) and buffet 7-11 with open bar, 5 main courses, rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetarian options and a special dessert We will have a memorabilia table (bring yours!), a slide show from past reunions, our Senior Movie (thanks to John Tumminelli), and a Zoom call to connect (probably during the cocktail hour) with those who were unable to join us (for virtual attendees, please contact us with your email to get a link sent to you close to the event Sunday September 12 - Day at the Beach (Parking Lot 4) 10AM-?? - head to the left of the lifeguard stand and look for the black & gold balloons!
