The fun begins in the Mollala Room at 6:00 p.m. with a no host bar available. The bar will close at 11:00 p.m. The buffet dinner begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be closed at 9:00 p.m. Northwest Flair Menu: Carved Herbed Top Sirloin, Chicken Breast with Marsala Cream Sauce, Cedar Plank Salmon and Salads, Rolls, Desserts, etc. Beverage includes coffee, cold and hot tea, waters. Soda can be purchased through the bar for approx $1.00.
