Canceling your Classmates membership
Our goal at Classmates is to be the world's best place to reconnect with
others. Thousands of new members sign up every day at Classmates, and we don't
want you to miss out when more of your friends arrive. It is our sincere hope
that you will explore and enjoy Classmates a while longer and decide to stay with us.
Should you decide that you indeed wish to cancel your Classmates membership, please
follow the instructions below.
Free Members
You may cancel your free membership by
removing your information from the Classmates directory. To do so, please follow
these steps:
- Click here.
- Choose the appropriate reason for removal.
- Click 'Yes' to complete the process.
Gold Members
If you wish to cancel your Gold membership,
please contact our Member Support Team
regarding your request. A representative will respond to your message via email to
assist you in converting your membership to the free level.
Note: You may cancel your Gold membership and/or remove
your name from our site at any time; however, per the
Terms of Service to which you agreed when you
paid for your Gold membership, membership fees are non-refundable, so a cancellation
will result in the forfeiture of your membership fee.
