Using the Search feature in Help
The fastest way to find the support you need is to use the Search feature located
on the Help home page. This feature provides you a quick, easy way to access all of the
Help information available. Just type a few words about the subject you need help with
and then click "Search."
When you search for a subject within Help,
we will present links to recommended Help pages along with a brief summary of what each
page is about. Click on the links that are most relevant to what you're looking for.
To get the best search results possible, keep these search tips in mind:
- Make sure keywords are spelled correctly
- Use keywords, not complete sentences
- Use as few keywords as possible
- Search returns all pages that include any of your search keywords
Note: The Search box on Help pages searches only for information on Help pages. It does
not search for content on other parts of the Classmates.com Web site. To search for schools,
people, and places, click Search at the top of any Classmates.com page.
