Duplicate Classmates memberships
When you sign-up as a Gold member, and then sign-up again as a free member you
will create duplicate registrations. In essence, you have both a Gold membership and
a free membership.
As a result, if you are logged into your free membership when attempting to use Gold
membership features, our website will prompt you to upgrade to Gold even though you
already own a Gold membership.
You are a valued Classmates member and we want you to be able to use your Gold member
benefits. If you believe that you may have duplicate memberships, and cannot access
Gold member features that you have paid for, please contact our
Member Support Team regarding
this matter.
