Jon Stewart (born Jonathon Stuart Leibowitz; November 28, 1962) is an American comedian and television personality. He graduated with the class of 1980 from Lawrence High School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. In high school, Stewart was on the soccer team and was voted “Best Sense of Humor” by his senior class. Stewart is best known as host of the satirical comedy show The Daily Show which won 20 Primetime Emmy Awards. He has also had cameos in several movies and co-written three books, two of which became best sellers.
