Mark Cuban (born July 31, 1958) is an entrepreneur, investor, and television personality. He attended Mt. Lebanon High School, in Pittsburgh, PA. Cuban started the company MicroSolutions, which he sold to CompuServe in 1990. Several years later, he co-founded Audionet, which was acquired in 1999 by Yahoo! (after changing its name to Broadcast.com). Cuban soon found himself on the Forbes “World’s Richest People” list. In 2000, he became the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, where he quickly became a very public and vocal fan. In 2012, Cuban became one of the investors on the reality series Shark Tank and has invested in over 80 deals thus far.
