Martie Maguire (born Martha Elenor Erwin, October 12, 1969) is an American musician. She graduated with the class of 1988 from Greenhill School in Addison, Texas. In high school, she played on her high school soccer team and ran track. She was a member of the Greenhill String Quartet and a member of the Forever Club. She is best known as co-creator of the band Dixie Chicks alongside her sister Emily Erwin Robison and Natalie Maines.
