He graduated with the class of 1957 from Northern High School<\/a> in Detroit, Michigan. In high school, Robinson was on the graduation committee, played varsity football, and was voted \u201cMost Popular\u201d by his senior class. Robinson is best known as the lead singer of the group The Miracles who made 26 Top 10 Billboard hits.
