Workplace
After 30 years at the University of Southern California, as Associate Vice President of Business Services, I changed jobs or schools. I am currently the Associate Vice President for Business Services at the University of San Diego. I've been there for 10 years now. We are looking forward to retiring in the next year.
For fun my husband and I enjoy sporting events (Padres and Chargers), traveling, cruising, wine tasting and RVing. It's our home away from home (home is in Scripps Ranch). You can see us at the Padres games or one of the state beaches (Bolsa Chica, Doheny or Carlsbad) once a month.

decided that before we downsize for retirement, we should upsize. We bought a 2008 new house with pool and view of the hillsides. We built Pat & John's Bar & Grill in the backyard :) There's room for a party of 200 and gives us space for our two springers, Oreo & Max to run and play. In December 2013 we retired. Best thing we could have ever done. We started taking golfing lessons and now we can't get enough. We are also spending more time in our motorhome and have found it our "home away from home".
