Janice's Story
Life
I have two children, two grandchildren (boy and girl respectively). For the past 18 years I have been employed with Mount Sinai Hospital as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. I spent my early career days working at Illinois Bell Telephone, Household Finance, CEDCO, worked for a State Senator and Representative and the Chicago Urban League (7 years). ctive participant in our Block Club. I enjoy getting together with friends and family as often as possible. I host dinners at least three times a year. I enjoy traveling. After graduation from Flowers, I attended Malcolm X College and South Surburban College. I also took and passed the examination to become a "Certified Professional Secretary" (CPS) in 1989. My husband and I have been together for 26 years. I enjoy traveling and (when I have time) reading.
