Tracy's Story
Life
I live in Cumming, GA now. Married with three children. After years of slinging hash, going to school and most importantly, raising my kids, I am a freelance (emphasis on FREE) photographer.
UPDATE 03/17/2007
My youngest daughter has decided that being a model/actress is not the direction she wants to go and
has decided that she wants to be a broadcast journalist! *whew* Until then, she's going to be a princess and enjoys doing pageants...
(my THEN pic is Emily..not me!)
My oldest daughter turned 18 last November...pretty amazing considering they said she wouldn't live to be 8! She is less than three feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds...she is simply amazing!
My son will be 20 soon! How can that be?? He is married!! He and his wife both live and work here in Cumming and can often be found here, eating us out of house and home!
*UPDATE* 9/07/2007
Mike and Ash are expecting their first baby in 3 months!! IT'S A GIRL!!!! Her name (this week) is
Brooklyn Riley! (That could change)
My husband recently retired after 28 years with Fulton County and after a whole week off, went to work with the city of Alpharetta...where he grew up and where his mom and dad still live.
I stay at home to care for Kayla......Expand for more
.and I started doing photography when Em was modeling...it was cheaper to take the pics myself!
Both my parents have passed away. Daddy died in in 1988 when I was pregnant with Kayla. It's hard for me to fathom that he's been gone almost 19 years. He was my best friend and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss his smile and his love. I spent so many wonderful times with him at the ball park and it's still hard for me to visit Murphy Candler and not remember Colt football games...hot summer nights at the baseball games...
Mom was never the same after daddy died. She lost a huge part of her heart and just couldn't go on without him...she always seemed to be the rock of our family and it was heartbreaking to watch her change after daddy died. She died just 2 1/2 years after he passed...I still miss our 3-10 phone calls a day and I often catch myself reaching for the phone when I need advice on kids/life....
Some of you may remember my brother Scott...his life has taken some twists that I am sure he regrets....but, he is working hard to straighten that out so he can get back to being a daddy to his 7 year old daughter...if you want more info on him, you'll have to email me at
