Glenna's Story
Life
Left Asheville in 1971, taught school in Greenville, SC, moved to Lakeland, Fla, taught school there. Married, moved to suburbs of Philadelphia, earned Masters in Psyc.of Reading, worked as reading consultant with private firm. In between children, I worked with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia at St. Stanislaus Parish School as the Librarian/Research teacher. l. I retired from public education in June 2016. I currently teach graduate courses at Cabrini College in Radnor, PA and Gratz College in Philadelphia, PA. I've completed two Master's Degrees in Educational Administration and Supervision of Curriculum & Instruction and am in the Dissertation process at Widener University. I make a couple of trips back to Asheville each year to see family. I would like to hear from those that I used to see in school.
