LAUREN ASHLEY WILSON IS HERE Lauren Ashley Wilson arrived at 8:14 am on Wednesday morning, December 19th, 2007. She weighs 9 lb 9 oz and is 20 inches long. She has a head full of dark brown curly hair (Marc) and blue eyes (Kim & Marc's dad). Since she is so big, she has really smooth skin, not the red wrinkled you usually see. Both mommy Kim and baby Lauren are doing great. We all came home from the hospital quite tired but estatic Thursday evening at 5:30 pm. She already has big brother Christopher (17) wrapped around her long little fingers. The day after she was born Christopher had 4 finals so he went home the night before around 10:30 pm. He went back down to the hospital at 1:30 am and walked in and picked her up and held her until he had to leave to go to school and then came back right after he finished all his finals. I think he likes her just a bit!!! I don't know why we ever decorated a nursery because it is a fight who gets to hold her even when she is sleeping. Santa's stop will be a little longer as he has a special little girl to leave presents for this year, too! We now have 7 wonderful grandkids. Five boys and 2 girls.
