Cheryl's Story

Life My Spouse He and I were in the same grade in high school and although we did not date until after high school, we had off and on crushes during our freshman year in high school. My Pets One daughter has 2 Beagles and other daughter has 2 Yellow Labs. All are spoiled and are treated like humans. Yes, I spoil them too. I make them homemade doggie treats! My Kids Our older daughter, 33, is now a Dentist in Dayton, Ohio, had been a dent...Expand for more
al hygienist for 7 years before putting herself back through college; has 2 Yellow Labs who are very important to her. Our younger daughter, 29, was an Interior Designer for several years in Chicagoland, but is now back in college studying dental hygiene. (350+ applied and 23 were acccepted into program) she has to spoiled Beagles. This past June, we took a cruise on the Voyager of the Seas and our older daughter was married. What a fun time!

I was honored today at the ISU Extension and Outreach Annual Conference with the Friend of Extension award in Ames. I feel very honored. It was good to catch up with extension staff I have gotten to know over the years.

Here it is November 15 and the flowers in my 4 huge pots are still beautiful. Sounds like we will get our first killing frost in a few days. The longest growing innMN history.

We made towel teddy bears and towel dogs when we got together for an early King Thanksgiving. The doggies turned out the best.

We had a snowman craft hour before and during Thanksgiving get togethers. They all turned out well. Ages 5- ??? made them. The guys even joined in. Cute huh?
