Carol's Story
My husband ( Sweet Home High school.Larry Maynard class of 62) and I ( Class of 1964 Fresno High school), are now retired. Loving every minute of it.
I do miss the people I worked with. After 13 years they were my family. Hard adjustment to make.
We live in Oregon and have been since 1966. Beautiful country and wouldn't live any where else.
We don't do a lot of traveling. Was never my thing to do.
We like to go to the Oregon coast and do a little gambling. We like to go to the eastern part of the state also.
Have 2 grandchildren, ages 5 and soon to be 15. Yikes!! Already a handful...Expand for more

I enjoy reading the stories that people write on classmates. Some have really done well.
We aren't rich by any means but enjoy life to the fullest.
I do crafts. My husband paints cars, loves to hunt and fish.
We are restoring a log cabin that will become my craft shop. The cabin was something his father built and we were able to get it from the former homestead for free. Just had to tear it down. It needs a roof and the shakes are being split now and by summers end we should have it completed enough to do inside things to it.
I have bored everyone enough now so I will say good bye.
