George's Story

Life I left Alaska in 1956 after working the summer in Utopia. Joined the Marines for one tour. After living in Anchorage for about 3 years in the early 60's moved to California and remained there for the next 35 years. Retired in 1991 from the Department of Corrections and began a second career as an ordained priest with the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches. Moved from California to Oklah...Expand for more
oma for 3 years then on to Sparta, Tennessee. Love living in Tennessee. My wife Cheryl and I have been married for 26 years. We have 26 grandchildren natural and adopted and two great-grandchildren. Life has been good and we spend most of our time serving people for the Lord. As of 2012 I have moved to St. George, Utah 84790 to be closer to our children. I guess you could say I have finally retired.
