Michael's Story
Life
I have been disabled since a seizure on January 3, 2001, but I have a very supporting family with me. My friends and family do not exactly know what I am going through physically or mentally but it is hard when I don't understand my problems myself. I definitely can't expect them to understand my disease and what I am putting my family through. My disease is incurable right now because it so rare and the doctors say it is caused by my genetics and for some reason has got stuck in this state in my ceribellum and has decided to lock up that part of my brain confusing doctors as well as me. I felt fine until the seizure. There is now only 13 documented cases in the U.S. with this particular case so it is very hard to pinpoint the problem. I hope one day they will find a cure and I will be able to work again. Right now, I have good days but mostly bad days with this and it has changed my families lifestyle. Just pray that one day their will be something out there for me to get back to my normal life or something that I can deal with and give my children the dad I feel like they have been missing for over 11 years now.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Sheldon Meliza, because FRIENDSHIP WE HAD. I was grateful that I seen Rhonda O'Bannon Mitchell after 20 years plus while we are good friends now. I also talk to Cherinda Jett Wendt..for awhile now and I pray for her everyday hoping that her cancer will go away. She is a terrific person and she doesn't deserve this.

INTO IT WITH PHYSICAL AND PERSONAL PROBLEMS GOING ON RIGHT NOW. IT WAS FUN THAT INCLUDED 29 DIFFERENT SPORTS AND SO I EVEN GOT KNOWLEDGE ON SPORTS LEAGUES THAT I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM. iT IS INTERESTING WITH SOME SPORTS. I am trying to get my depression back under control so I have started doing fantasy sports league once again that is All Sports Fantasy League that I took a hiatus for 2 years after winning the last title competing against over 1200 people in the world. Their is many sports that I never even watched then some I also watched all the time. It gives me my interest back. I am starting to get back to somewhat my old self after going through a horrible marriage and a lengthy divorce.
My current age is 41. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be BORING. I was so completely WRONG.
I live alone now since my divorce with visitation of my children, which I find VERY LOVING.
I have 13 trophies won in the past 3 years in fantasy sports leagues involving over 1200 people around the world where I was defending champion until I gave it up this year to deal with my person and physical problems. My favorite thing is not actually a trophy but it was why I was managing at the United Supermarkets. I ended up with 3 of them from different people writing letters into the main office with compliments about the way I did my job while helping people and with my smile on my face at all times. These obviously was when I was working several years ago but I have them framed and on the wall.
My first job was at Fuddruckers, where I got paid 7.00 to 8.00. What I remember most about it is working in Denver with Trudy which was my moms best friend..
