Timothy's Story

Life Moved from PBG in 1974 and headed to Corbin KY. Left Corbin after school and went in U. S. Coast Guard, spent 20 years in CG before retiring. Started work with MCI as Facility Engineer in S Fla, Left MCI went to work with e.spire in MD as Regional Outside Plant Manager, Left e.spire to take opportunity with Level 3 Communications as Mid- Atlantic Area Manager overseeing very large new generation Fiber Optic Route. Moved on from Level 3 to take position as Facility Engineer of the Pilot Bioproduction Facility at Walter Reed Army Institiute of Research. After 2 years fo dealing with the production of vaccines, decided I needed some adventure and wanted to be part of history so took a job in Baghdad Iraq. ent to New Orleans area to work some of the reconstruction following Hurrican Katrina Rita. Help put allot of displaced people into some temp housing and rebuilt part of the infrastructure of Orlean and Plaquimins Parish in the process. Back home to spend more time with family, get in some great riding around our beautiful country and have now just recently wernt back to Iraq. Once again working efforts for reconstruction in Iraq, hidden away near the Iranian border at remote location trying to get some stuff built for support of security. Current plan is to try ot see this out for about 2 more years and then go riding and retire or find another adventure. Currently living in WV with my wife of over 30 years and my two daughters (21 and 16). Would like to see old class mates some time, possibly at a reunion if there is one or during Nibroc.
