William's Story
Can you believe we are all in our 50s? Where does the time go? Our parents and grandparents used to say that and we'd respond with the same detached, uninterested stare. Now, I know what they meant.
But, here we are. The world is much like we left it in the 70s. An incompetent president, a troubled economy, war, natural disasters and other bad things. But, there are many good things, too.
I have spent my life building a career and a family. I have three beautiful children and a beautiful wife. I live in San Diego which, without question, is the finest city in America. I'm not saying that to make you jealous of the weather, but to let you know it is a fine place and you're welcome to visit us here anytime.
My brothers and sisters are all fine and living their own lives. My father is still alive and lives by my sister. My mother passed many years ago and is watching us all from heaven with that same stern look of hers that let us know we're not acting exactly as we should.

lved in youth baseball. From the outside, you might say I am trying to live my own life's shortcomings through my son, but that is not the case. I manage, umpire, and adminster, while he plays. We spend a lot of time together as a result, and that's what's most important. We just finished our "Tournament of Champions"; lots of games in a short period of time. So, we are looking for a nice break. So, how do we spend that break? Traveling to many major league parks and watching various teams. That was my son's idea. So, you see, he has his own agenda and I'm not driving his desire and passion for the sport. Did I mention that he is very good? Watch for a Wurch in the major leagues in the coming years!
