Chris's Story
Life
27 years, it's been a long time. At Tech I was a long haired nut, now I'm a older long haired nut.
I am married, have 4 kids, three dogs, 4 chickens, a pony and 9 acres of land north of Omaha by Blair.
I graduated from Creighton University in 1991 with a B.S. in Mathematics, a secondary major in Computer Science and a co-major in Physics, not bad for a long haired nut, eh.
I currently work as a senior software engineer in Omaha. I design financial software that is used by banks all over the world. I went to South America in February of 2000 where I spent 4 weeks installing software that I designed.
So, what have you been up to?
School
At Tech, two people in the administration meant the most to me. One was Mrs. Arnold, the French teacher. I don't know why, but she just inspired me.

who did the most for me, and believed in me when things got rough, was Mrs. Lily Johnson. I won't ever forget her. She went out of her way to help me on a number of occasions, and was part of my wanting more out of life than just a high school diploma. My car was stolen my senior year and she took me to the impound lot to get my personal belongings. She even showed up at my work to visit me on more than one occasion. Whenever I think of who would be a good teacher to nominate as teacher of the year, I think of her.
As typical in high school, I had many crushes. Man were there some pretty women at Tech. But, being young and dumb, I kept most of those feelings inside. That was probably a good thing, since being a fat person most of my life, not to many woman want to know that you would like to get to know them better.
