Joseph's Story
Life
I've been married for 23 years to Patricia Armstrong from Smithtown, NY. She is a CAPT in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps. We have 3 sons: Ryan (21), Kelly (19), and Keeyan (17).
I attended George Washington University for Medical Laboratory Technology and University of Rhode Island for Computer Science and Experiment Statistics.
I served on active duty in the Navy for 6 years. I worked as a computer programmer and systems analyst in the Newport and Providence, Rhode Island area before moving to Spain and taking a government position as the Head, Management Information Systems Department at Naval Hospital, Rota, Spain in 1988.

by the U. S. Navy on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations, Office of the Surgeon General. I am the Senior Medical Program Analyst and the Program Manager for Information Management/Information Technology for Navy Medicine.
My wife currently lives in Hawaii and I live in Stafford, VA, which is about one hour south of Washington, DC. I am a private pilot and enjoy flying general aviation aircraft all over the US and the world. I travel extensively for my job and like to fly to pass the time when I am not working. I belong to several flying clubs in the US and I recently joined the Thai Flying Club in Chon Buri, Thailand where I fly a Wilga STOL airplane.
