David's Story
After leaving high school, I went to work for Ford Motor Co. in 1972. I took advantage of Ford's educational opportunities and quaified for their Skilled Trades Program. loor engineers at Ford's Sundusky Opperations. I enjoyed management and remained there until I retired at the end of 2001 with 30 years and out. I was almost 48 when I retired.
After retirement my wife and I lived in Las Vegas for six years. I loved Vegas but I had to move back in 2008 to help out with my wife's grandchildren in Sandusky, Ohio.
I now enjoy the grandchildren, my Harley and golf.
