Rev. Dwyane OÂNeil Fleming, Sr.
Rev. Dwyane OÂNeil Fleming, Sr. was born in Portland, Oregon, 1974. He is the fourth oldest of ten children born to Pastor Lee Davis and Amanda Fleming, Sr. Rev. Fleming is married to the former Ms. Tamara Michelle Sie and they are the proud parents of two children: Kennedy Breann and Dwyane OÂNeil, II.
Rev. Fleming graduated from the Jefferson Performing Arts High School of Portland in 1992. And was accepted into the University of the Arts of Philadelphia, Penn. In 1996 he returned to Oregon and attended The Portland Community College and studied Business Administration and Real Estate. He continued his education by earning his Bachelors of Theology Degree from the Andersonville Theological Seminary of Camilla, Georgia, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA, and he is currently pursuing his Masters of Pastoral Care and Masters of Divinity.
Rev. Fleming answered the call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ at an early age, and in July 1998 received his Ministerial Licensee from, Pastor B.E. Johnson of the Cornerstone Community Church. He united with the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Robert C. At the age of 26, Rev. Fleming was appointed by Dr. Jointer as the State Corresponding Secretary of the General Baptist Convention of the Northwest. He assists Dr. A. Wayne Johnson, Pastor of the Morning Star Baptist Church and the General Secretary of the National Missionary Baptist Convention of America. He operates as the Âpoint person on the administrative team.
Some other accomplishments include serving as Project Coordinator, Program designer, Secretary, and Liaison to the Vice-President of the Foreign Mission Board and President of the Ministers Conference for The National Baptist Convention of America, Incorporated. In addition, Rev. Fleming is actively affiliated with the Union District Baptist Association of Oregon, Albina Ministerial Alliance and North Portland Bible College. Rev. Fleming is also the President and Board Chairman of the OÂNeil Group Marketing Services, Incorporated. In addition he serves as the Vice-President/Chief Financial Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Team Platinum Northwest. He also operates as a spokesperson on the Parental Advisory Board for the Vancouver, Washington School District.
