Life In 1985 I had my daughter Melissa who is now 23 and was attending th University of Southern Mississippi until the hurricane hit. She is now back in MS. She graduated in May of 2008 with a Batchelor's Degree,in Psychology, she will return in the fall to pursue her Master's Degree. She had also become a licensed Realtor with ReMax in MS since returning home in February. She has decided that real estate is not for her! She works as an advocate for children in an early intervention program for the state of MS. She was married on 12/31/2004 to a Navy man and has since relocated to Gulfport, MS. Her husband has just returned from a 2nd deployment to Iraq! He is currently deployed to Japan this is his 2nd deployment there, he will return to MS in Jan. 2009! When he returns he will reenlist with the Seabee's! In 1986 I married her father William Henderson. In 1987 I had my son James who is 20 he graduated from Pathfinder Vocational HS in Palmer in June of 2006. He was a varsity football player since freshman year. He recieved the All League and All Scholastic Award for 2004. He was the captain of the football team 2005. He also recieved the coaches award at the end of his senior year.
