Life I have spent most of my life as an overachiever. I was involved in everything. AP classes in high school, 4 varsity sports, honor roll. Triple major in college, 4 varsity sports, dean’s list. After college, I took a year and traveled around the world...with hopes to find myself before I started my adult life. It didn’t work. So, I jumped into career life...nice cars, lots of money, client dinners, jet setting. I was always searching for the next best thing. I didn’t find it. I always felt like something was missing. It was missing. Ohhh, but it found me. He found me. Out of the blue, He spoke to me through the most beautiful man I have ever seen, my now-husband Matt. On my first date with Matt, the Holy Spirit spoke to me through him and said, “Girl, God is seeking you”. I started to cry. I hardly knew this man, yet I felt so very safe and compelled to cry tears of joy in his presence. I will never forget that day, that evening, that moment. It was the beginning of my new life.
