Steven's Story
Life
Retired. Doing volunteer work and loving it. Been in the non-profit world for most of my career. Graduated from college much to my amazement. Have one daughter, two dogs and a fabulous wife. Drive a "soccer mom" van and think it is a fine vehicle. Love to read especially non-fiction. Been reading about WWII lately, especially tank destroyer battalions - my dad was in the 631st tank destroyer batalion. Love the books and dvds on the Band of Brothers. Love wine, never thought I would love anything but beer. Love single malt scotch and cigars - don't smoke but understand cigarete addiciton. Sorry this do...Expand for more

I miss snow and cold. I exercise but I hate it. I have a love-hate relationship wiht computers. Depends on the moment. Like to volunteer-for homeless children agency and an aviation museum. Travel because my wife likes too-so only interested in cruises, river cruises and land tours. Need someone else to take charge. Still have a van and love it. Learned to love digital cameras now that slide pictures are a thing of the past. Wife and I every Friday have date night-go to 2 regular restaurants and other night try new restaurants. Tired of heat and humidity.
