Colleen's Story
Life
My husband is Jay. We've been married now for nearly 14 years. We don't have any children, (unless you count the cats and our cockatiel).
We live in Portage Lakes. So, of course, we spend much of our summer on the boat or swimming.
In addition to managing our rentals, I opened a wine & gift basket shop in Green (Ohio) in 2004 called the Unexpected. Jay drags himself off to his stressful office job each day and I have the fun job - run...Expand for more
ning the shop, being my own boss. It's been an exciting & scary adventure at the same time! It would be be great if you'd stop in and see me sometime!
We like to travel and see new places when we can, and usually head off on a few great vacations and to Vegas a few times a year. But since opening the shop, I'm working in the store 6 -7 days nearly every week (So, I don't think we'll be going too many new places soon!) But that's OK for now.
