Daniel's Story
Life
I am involved in Parish Ministry; such as, Saint Vincent de Paul Ministry of St. Mary's Parish, the Native Community known as 'The Kateri Native Ministry of Ottawa.
I have native background.* Algonquin and Ojibwa, mixed with French and German. I participate in Traditional Native Dancing and Ceremonies, combined with being a Practicing Catholic.
I am an Artist... I draw & paint animal, seenaries, and abariginal art. I have painted murals for family and friends. I also paint statues and do small repairs on them.
I love nature, driving in the country, looking at the stars, visiting family an...Expand for more
d friends. I love to help family and friends where I can.
I am close to those who call me brother and to those who invite me as their friends.
I enjoy eating unique, cultural foods... Mouse, Buffalo and squid are realy good. If things do not taste good to me the second time I've tried it, I give up on it.
I enjoy listen to stories from my elders in the native community. I prefer positive thinking over negative stuff.
I was born in Ottawa, and continue to reside here. I hope to be able to reconect with those I once knew as friends and with those once special to me.
