Lloyd's Story

Got married in 1957 and took my wife to Chicago. In 1963 moved to Northern Virginia. In 2007 retired and we moved back to Lancaster. She passed to Glory in March 2018. Lancaster has turned out to be great. We love the 7 theatres (Fulton, Dutch Apple, Hershey, AMT, EPAC, Mt Gretna, Sight and Sound)- there is almost always something to do. Recently discovered the Mann Center in Philadelphia. Also, we still go back to the Kennedy Center for the POPS Concerts. We have 4 kids who live, respectively, in Virginia, Massachusetts, California, and Hawaii. There are...Expand for more
13 grandchildren (10 grandsons) and 4 great grandsons. In 2010 we are adding 3 great grand-daughters! In 2019 there are 11 great grandchildren, born to our three oldest grandsons. And, since coming back, we have had season tickets to the Hershey Bears. Finally, we have a championshiip team to root for. Our Washington Capitals never won a Cup, and it has been decades since the Redskins won a Super Bowl. It is now 2018 - we have 11 great grandchildren from three married grandchildren. / I tell folks they are not Catholic or Mormon - they are sexy Protestants.
