Life
As most of you know, I moved to Florida after graduating high school...so, naturally my college career started here in sunny SOFLA (short for south florida). It was tough at first..I was missing all my friends from TX, but eventually I made new ones and it turned out to be more fun living here than I thought....Life in florida is very different from life in Texas, even today...3 years ago I got married to this wonderful man whose family happens to live in Texas...so, after marriage, we moved to fort worth...it just isn't the same after living in almost a different world...you better believe I dragged his butt back to florida!!! Much better....We don't have any kids yet, but plan to some hopefully...
School
Well, as we all know high school was fun and intimidating at the same time...we are trying to get to know each other, as well as ourselves. The way we were in elementary scho...Expand for more
ol and middle school was no where near the way we turned out in high school...A lot of people may agree with me and some may not, but if I could go back and do it all over again knowing what I do now, I would do it in a heart beat..High school was so much more than just getting good grades in class just so you graduated; it was about making and keeping the best of friends who knew you growing up...and though I may not have been the most popular girl in school, I had friends in all "clics" and that helped me to be a more diverse person in life.....High school was definately a different category of it's own, it was familiar and safe....as corny as this may sound, sitting here thinking about our 10-year reunion, I can picture my days in the halls, sneaking glances at the cute guy a few lockers from mine, or some dork yelling "hey, navel!!!" from down the corridor, I wish I were back there....
