Lindsay's Story
Life
After high school I attended LCC for Business Administration. After a year of college, I was hired right away at CIBC and then progressed to 1st Choice Savings & Credit Union. I worked there for almost 3 years, and I became a Manager for a loan company at the age of 23. A year later I was tired of working 14 hour days, so I went back to school in Calgary. I became a Dental Assistant and moved back home to good old Lethbridge. 4 months later I met my husband Jason while vacationing in the state of Texas. On New Years Eve 2004 we were married in a fairytale candle lit wedding, and 5 days later I moved to Texas. 5 months after our wedding, we found out I was pregnant with our first child. 6'3, so we all know where she gets her height from. Right now I am a stay at home mommy until my immigration papers are finished. My hubby Jason was a high school and college football phenom! While he was in grade 11, Jason was being recruited from over 12 Division 1A Colleges. Jason received a 5 yr scholarship to the University of Kansas, and graduated with a B.S. in Education. Jason was predicted to go into the NFL, but after 4 knee surgeries it ended that dream. I probably would have never met Jason if he did go into the NFL, so things happen for a reason. If you play Playstation 2 and Xbox, you can see my hubby on NCAA College Football 2001 and 2002 video games, jersey #57 playing for KU Jayhawks. Currently Jason is a high school teacher/coach. He coaches Varsity Football and all the throwing events for Track. High school football is a religion here in Texas.
