Pamela's Story
Life
I got married on June 25th, 1999. I married Robert M. Widener Jr. He graduated from North Davidson Sr. High. 3 years later I had my first son, his name is Johnathon M. Widener. In March, 2005; I had my second son, his name is Hunter J. Widener. I love being a mom. I put off college after I graduated high school. I was just burned out on the whole school thing. After my second son was born I decided I was tired of working in credit card collections, so I decided to go back to school. I started August 2005. I'm currently in the Paralegal program, I have one more year to go and I'll have my Associates degree. I'm wanting to work in Medical Malpratice and Wrongful Death sui...Expand for more
tes. I'm wanting to start getting some work experience at the legal aide's office in High Point. I haven't changed much since high school. To me I still look the same.
Workplace
After High School I continued to work at Arby's for about another year, then I got a job at Sears Credit in Greensboro. I started out as an outbound collection agent and worked my way to inbound collection agent. I had to listen to everyone's story on why they couldn't pay a $10 bill a month and getting fussed out by people who are being called on the day after the holidays and sundays. Its a real stressful job, you want to be sympathic, but at the same time you have a job to do. It pays the bills.
