Life
Hey, anyone who may be interested from the class of '72! I am living in Erie, PA. Two of my three children live in the same town and my other daughter lives in Denver. I have 2 grandchildren: a beautiful little girl, Ella, who is 4 and a handsome little boy, Aspyn, 1. I also have another grandson who should make his appearance known around the first part of September, 2013. I have been truly blessed.
After being a housewife and mother and then going through a divorce, I finally went to a business school and got a degree in paralegal studies. I worked at a law firm for a couple of years and then got a job at a domestic violence agency in Erie. The career I chose suits me perfectly and I love what I do. I deal with the survivors of domestic violence to help them get protection orders and then dea...Expand for more
ling with all the divorce, custody or support issues. I go to court twice a week and help the contract attorneys do their thing with the protection orders and just love being there. Not that I'm there for the reason of domestic violence, but that I can truly make a difference in these survivor's lives through advocacy and counseling. It truly is a great fit for me. And now, in April of 2013, I have been with the agency for over eight years.
Email me and let me know what you're up to - I didn't get a chance to make it to the last reunion because my daughter was having her baby around that time. Would've loved to see the new high school. My family still lives in Elyria so I am there on a regular basis and besides, it's only 2 hours from where I live and after all these years, my car knows the way! lol
