Rosemary's Story
I'm going to try filling in the boxes for the "story wizard" that you find under your story! Get it? Here goes:
I always wanted to be a ?? I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up and I'm still not sure what I want to be if I grow up! when I grew up. My family and friends thought that I would get married and have kids. As it turns out, they were right..
How do I relax?
Love a hot tub. I've owned 2 so far. Will get my 3rd one soon. Not all at the same time tho.
My hero and my inspiration:
My dad was my hero and my inspiration comes from my mom, she was my best friend.
Where have I lived and why did I move?
When I got married in 1973 we lived in Santa Rosa, we bought a house in Bennett Valley. Mike was a service rep. for P.G. & E. Both our boys were born in Santa Rosa. Mike was promoted to Manager of the Cloverdale Office and we bought a house on Josephine Dr. Next he became Manager of the Healdsburg Office and we bought a house on Poppy Hill Dr. Our best neighbors ever lived on Poppy Hill Dr. Next we moved to Penngrove on Chester Dr. a dirt road across from Sonoma State, Mike was Manager in Petaluma. ame Santa Maria where we lived for 10 years. We left Santa Maria after our boys were both in college, Dale at University of San Diego where he decided to become a Marine Corp Officer. Kevin came up to the University of WA. and decided to go on to Law School in Seattle. My mom was living in Lacey and all her brothers and sisters and her mother living in the area. Mike and I bought a house on Black Lake. My Uncle Tony bought a house on the Spokane River outside of Spokane, WA. Mike and I visited them often loving the area and river. After my mom died my Uncle Tony and Marilyn decided to move back to Olympia, so Mike and I bought their house on the river. We lived there for 5 years and I loved every minute of it. I never wanted to leave my place on the river but Mike decided we needed to live closer to our new twin grandbabies in Salt Lake City. He bought us a home and we moved in, 3 days later we moved out. Two weeks later I left Mike and drove to Olympia with our two dogs. And here I am still. That is my story. And I'm working on new stories everyday. I still have alot to learn about this so called life. Rosemary
