Life
In 1996, I finished my first BA (psychology) from Antioch College. After traveling and working for a few years, I earned a second BA (English) from Northeastern Illinois University in 2001 and then completed my MFA (creative writing) from Western Michigan University in 2004. I live where it's HOT (Tucson, Arizona) and I make my (meager) living as a professional writer. I'm working on publishing my first novel, I just finished the first draft of my second novel, and I'm close to a complete draft of a third. Marriage and children are still in my future, but I have everything I need right now: great friends, a great house, security, and a hot tub.
