Frank's Story
Life
Spent 12 years in military in Vietnam and other places. Have been in law enforcement for 27 years in Tennessee and Texas. Been police chief for 11 years. Been married for 11 years. Hope friends will remember me for my musical accomplishments and law enforcement career.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have sirius on, calm, and patience to be able to deal with the day-to-day. The wildest thing I ever did while in school was grabbed a few beers when others not looking.
