Lynn's Story
I'm still living in Colorado. I retired from Kaiser Permanente (HMO) on May 2, 2008. I'm making beaded jewelry, dancing, gardening, hiking, and any other thing I can come up with to have fun! I'm also volunteering at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts as an usher and I also volunteer at the Dumb Friends League (an animal shelter) playing with the cats that are depressed and frustrated.
I've started my beaded jewelry business. I'm better at designing and making the jewelry than I am at...Expand for more
marketing it! I sell a few pieces here and there.
After high school, I went to college and graduated from the Univ of Southern Colorado at Pueblo. Then I went to Denver to work as an accountant. I met my husband at a bridge club. We got married in May of 1978 and moved to the Netherlands. We moved back to Colorado around August of 1979. George and I got divorced in January 1996. I've been enjoying being single since then.
