I hope every one remembers me as the quiet beach bum! I stopped all over Padre Island. I always loved Padre Island am I feel fortunate that I was raised in a small tight-knit community that rested on the edge of the Gulf Coast. The wildest things I ever did was hang out at the Vicktels (sp?) house. They had a huge yard in the outskirts of FB and we had a blast, I learned what "Jungle Juice" was!LOL (yuk!) Since my life in FB, I have lived in the coast of North Carolina as well as the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I think MS was my favorite, although NC's beaches have beautiful shells. I would love to see Wendy Tait-Bishop again. She was definitely my BFF. Unfortunately my other friends, Denise O'Brien and Brenda Cunningham are no longer with us. I didn't have many favorite teachers, but Mr. Trudeau stands out in my mind. He was very understanding and had a great sense of integrity that I admire. I think he's the principal now?
