Cindy's Story
After the summer of '88 I moved to Mankato, MN to attend Mankato State University and obtain a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. During my college years I lived at home in Waterville, MN and communted to Mankato. After graduating in the spring of 1993 I moved out of mom and dad's and started substitute teaching for three or four of the local school districts, worked part-time at Menards and drove dump truck during the summer.

orked at Menards for many years, just on opposite sides of the store. After getting engaged in 1998 I left substitute teaching for a job at Masterpiece Studios in the purchasing department. We were married in June of 1999 and our son Alec was born in October of 2001. We have a small three bedroom house in Mankato that we share with two very spoiled bunnies. I am still with Masterpiece Studios after 10 years but have moved from being a purchasing assistant to the group leader. It is a very challenging job and I enjoy it most days.
