irected the Directors Jazz Band Reading Session since 1999, done several clinics on improvisation and in 2014 conducted the first All State Middle School Jazz Band.
I started competing in barefoot water skiing in 1993 and have won the Nationals in 2007, 08, 09, 11 and 13. The 2014 Barefoot Nationals are in Wisconsin and I expect to win again. I'm not the oldest skier but of all the barefoot competitors in the world today, I learned before any of them. It was in 1961 behind Jewfish Key with Charlie Wickersham. The oldest competitor is 86 but he didn't start until 1972..
I have four children from two former wives and six grandchildren. Lindsay and I knew each other in college but had separate lives until 1992 when we were married. She is a retired elementary teacher, flutist, fabric artist and my soul mate. Life is absolutely AWESOME!
