urrently hiking 2 to 3 times a week. Planning on my 2 trip down the north rim of the Grand Canyon the first of October. Have hiked 14 miles on the south rim, south kaibab, tonto, and bright angel trails in 7 hours. My goal is to hike down to Phantom Ranch and back out. My hiking friend and best buddy is encouraging me to expandy my goal to do a hike from one rim to the other in one day. I just need to do my goals in smaller steps.
