the NM Department of Corrections as Records Manager. At UNM as officer manager for the Skills Development Center where I also tutored. and taught community classes. I transferred to UNM Engineering and Research Inst. located on Kirtland Air Force Base. I was an instructor at TVI's Business Lab. I am author of "Quinceaneras" in the Albuquerque Journal and business letters published in a college text book by MaGraw-Hill. .In 2009 my husband and I were chosen Citizens of the Year for our volunteer work and helping veterans for over 20 years.
I always wanted to be a U.S. Marine when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good and bad idea. As it turns out, they were proud.
