Tommy's Story

I was known as "Beetle" growing up. I went to college at Howard College my freshman year and the name was changed to Samford University in November of '65'. I have been selling school buses for 38 years. I took four years off to help my best friend start up an advertising business from Jan. 1996 to June 2000. une of 2000. I am currently still in the business at Transportation South, Inc. in Pelham, AL selling Thomas Built Buses. I married Gail Hosea Thompson and we have two children, Ginger age 37, Scott age 34, and five grand children, two boys ages 10 and 7. Three girls ages 5 , 3, 2. Gail finally had to retire due to a medical condition in July 2013.
